Pungent

grand-budapest
The Grand Budapest Hotel. Dir: Wes Anderson, 2014

Overcompensating deodorant

and cloying cologne,

are smells  that persist and won’t leave one alone,

Zealous air freshener

and the sweet candles scent

attack the  nostrils and do not relent.

But the easiest smell for one to recall

is that of a hospital

with no aroma at all.
